Patrick has been practicing solely as a litigator since his call to the bar in 2000. He has acted for both injured plaintiffs and insurance companies in property damage, product liability, personal injury and disability claims and was a partner at one of the province’s most established insurance defence firms prior to joining Fox Vanounou LLP.

Through his experience representing insurance companies, Patrick has a unique knowledge of how personal injury claims are handled from the defence perspective that is of great use to his clients throughout all stages of a given litigation.

Patrick has argued for his clients at the Superior Court of Ontario, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Human Rights Tribunal, Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, Private Arbitration, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, and the Ontario Court of Appeal. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Ontario Bar Association.

Outside of his law practice, Patrick is kept busy with his family of three children and is a competitive cyclist and alpine ski racer.
